Simplicity Starts With You

Often, the reason life feels so complicated is because we are trying to be everything to everyone. If each day you’re constantly trying to figure out how to be the idealized person others have of you, you’ll always be anxiously trying to work out how to become something you can’t even anticipate. Instead - try to be the most loving version of yourself that you can be. Stop performing for others, and instead operate from a sense of purposeful center. As a result you’ll find a tremendous amount of clarity and simplicity. There is nothing simpler than being yourself.

THIS WEEK: If your life feels a bit too complicated right now, reflect on whether the cause might be that you’ve moved away from yourself. Where do you find yourself trying to prove something, and to whom?

All the best,
